Cooler Maker Yeti Sets Sights On Renewed $400M IPO

Law360 (October 15, 2018, 6:35 PM EDT) -- Texas-based Yeti Holdings Inc. on Monday said it could raise $400 million at midpoint through its initial public offering, bringing the heavy-duty cooler and insulated drinkware company closer to listing on the New York Stock Exchange after pulling an initial bid seven months ago.

In a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Yeti unveiled a price range for its 20 million shares at $19 to $21 apiece. Guided by Jones Day, Yeti said it plans to sell off 2.5 million shares, while several current company shareholders, including New York-based private equity firm Cortec Group and Yeti founders Roy J....
