Law360, Houston (October 6, 2014, 5:32 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday refused to reinstate a landowner group's $17 million judgment against the city of Houston that was tossed after a state appeals court found that environmental concerns justified restrictions against oil and gas development near Lake Houston.
