Google Should Face Anti-Malware Patent Suit, Judge Says

Law360, Los Angeles (January 9, 2017, 9:44 PM EST) -- A magistrate judge in Texas’ Eastern District on Monday recommended denying Google Inc.’s bid to toss a patent infringement suit over malware protection software, saying disputed issues of fact exist regarding the tech giant’s arguments of invalidity and non-infringement.
