Camera Co. Says $4.5M Trade Secrets Row Must Be Arbitrated

Law360, New York (January 10, 2017, 4:41 PM EST) -- A Taiwanese digital surveillance firm sued by a U.S. company it co-founded for allegedly stealing trade secrets and breaching contracts asked a Texas federal judge Monday to send the lawsuit to arbitration, saying the dispute falls under a broad arbitration clause in a different contract.
