Baker Botts Picks Up Energy, Construction Atty In Austin

By Michael Phillis (March 13, 2017, 6:12 PM EDT) -- Baker Botts LLP announced they had hired a lawyer with a long record of litigation experience who specializes in representing electric utilities before Texas energy regulatory agencies as a partner in the firm's Austin office, where she will be part of its global projects practice.

Andrea Stover started at the firm on Thursday. She will continue working in her existing area, which involves representing utility companies in rate proceedings, project approvals and other related matters. Stover has spent about 12 years doing electric regulatory work, she said. Most recently she was a shareholder at Graves Dougherty Hearon & Moody.
