Bus Cos. Illegally Told Workers To Quit, NLRB Judge Says

Law360, New York (March 20, 2017, 8:30 PM EDT) -- A National Labor Relations Board judge ruled Friday that two Coach USA Inc. subsidiaries violated federal labor law when they invited workers to quit if they weren’t happy with their jobs, calling for the results of an election a union lost last year to be set aside.
