Pot Grower Wins First Civil RICO Trial For Cannabis Industry
By Diana Novak Jones (October 31, 2018, 5:12 PM EDT) -- A Colorado federal jury sided with the owner of a cannabis cultivation business Wednesday as he fought a Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act suit brought by his neighbors, rejecting their claims that smells and sounds from the facility damaged their property.
