Ex-Penn State Prez Dodges Prison During Conviction Appeal

Law360, Philadelphia (July 14, 2017, 2:23 PM EDT) -- Ex-Penn State University President Graham Spanier will not have to begin serving his two-month jail term while he appeals the child endangerment conviction he was hit with in March over his failure to report an incident of suspected child abuse involving now-convicted sexual predator Jerry Sandusky.
