NJ Doc's Change In Testimony Leads To New Med Mal Trial

Law360 (March 8, 2018, 8:37 PM EST) -- A split New Jersey state appeals court on Thursday ordered a new trial in a medical malpractice action alleging that a doctor prescribed a drug that left a woman partially paralyzed, ruling defense counsel had wrongly failed to disclose that the physician's trial testimony would deviate from his prior statements.
