6th Circ. Axes Larry Flynt's Brother's Malpractice Suit

Peter Kang (August 14, 2015, 10:50 PM EDT) -- The Sixth Circuit on Friday upheld the dismissal of a legal malpractice suit brought by the brother of pornographic publishing magnate Larry Flynt accusing Flynt's longtime counsel Paul Cambria and others of squeezing him out of a business venture, saying there was no evidence of an attorney-client relationship.
Jimmy Flynt had alleged Cambria and four other attorneys with Lipsitz Green Scime Cambria LLP orchestrated a plan to squeeze him out of an adult-themed store in Cincinnati with the Hustler trademark by cherry-picking between their two clients and leaving Jimmy in the dust.
