PG&E Ruling May Mean More Challenges To Incentive Adders

Law360 (February 14, 2018, 12:05 PM EST) -- Earlier this year, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit ruled in favor of the California Public Utilities Commission, rejecting the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s grant of incentive adders to PG&E Corporation’s rate of return calculations for PG&E’s continued participation in the markets operated by the California Independent System Operator (CAISO).[1]
