Court Denies Class Status In FLSA Suit V. Ga. IHOPs

Law360 (May 14, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has agreed to let the lead plaintiffs in a proposed collective action against the owner of several International House of Pancakes restaurants in Georgia amend their complaint to add additional named plaintiffs and another IHOP location, but has denied their request to add racketeering and witness-tampering claims.
