Real estate investment trust SL Green Realty Corp. said last month the company and Stonehenge Partners had a reached a deal to sell the 54-unit building at 1274 Fifth Ave., but did not name the buyer, Real Deal said. The building has 56,700 square feet and has a mix of rent-stabilized and free-market units, according to the report....
