Foreign Investors Sue Feds Over Denied EB-5 Visas

Law360 (February 26, 2018, 8:13 PM EST) -- A group of foreign investors sued the federal government in D.C. federal court Friday claiming they were wrongly denied visas under the EB-5 program after making investments in a multifamily housing project that immigration officials said carried no risk and therefore didn’t qualify for the program.
