NJ Judge Denies Seeking Special Treatment For Child Support

Law360 (February 27, 2018, 9:32 PM EST) -- A New Jersey state judge accused of ethics violations has asserted that he was not seeking any deferential treatment by identifying himself as a jurist to court staffers last year when discussing his personal child support case.
