The deal is for 5 Bryant Park, a 665,000-square-foot, 34-story tower that Blackstone first put on the market in 2016, according to the report. Blackstone bought the tower in 2006 and then in 2011 bought out its joint venture partner Brookfield Property Partners' stake in the tower, Real Deal said....
