Law360 (May 15, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Fearing a “tsunami” of trials, a judge has denied a renewed request to certify a class of third-party payers in a suit against Pfizer Inc. and Warner-Lambert Co. over alleged promotion of the epilepsy drug Neurontin for off-label uses such as restless legs syndrome.
