Contractor Fights Austin's Bid To End $50M Tunnel Contract

Law360 (March 8, 2018, 4:21 PM EST) -- A contractor has asked a Texas state court to block the city of Austin from terminating a $50 million contract for a downtown water control tunnel the city contends is defective, saying the contracted work has already been completed and what’s left is a pay dispute.
