Asbestos Firm Must Face Insurers' Coverage Payback Suit

Law360 (March 16, 2018, 7:24 PM EDT) -- A Texas federal court on Friday refused to toss a suit from three health insurers that claims a law firm failed to pay the companies money out of its clients' asbestos settlement funds, asking the parties for additional information but saying the suit could remain for now.
