Clinics May Eye Quick Deals In Lost Embryo Cases

Law360 (March 26, 2018, 9:50 PM EDT) -- Fertility clinics in San Francisco and Cleveland are facing legal action over recent storage tank failures which resulted in thousands of lost embryos, but attorneys said if history serves as a guide the cases will be settled quickly, quietly and for an amount tailored to the patient's future reproductive ability.
