Gym Chain XSport Fitness Hit With OT Class Action In Ill.

Law360 (March 28, 2018, 9:23 PM EDT) -- XSport Fitness, a gym chain with locations in Chicago, New York and Washington, D.C., was hit with a putative class action in Illinois federal court Tuesday in a suit that claims it violates the Fair Labor Standards Act and two Illinois laws by allegedly failing to pay managers for overtime or commission fees on gym membership sales.
