Law360 (April 6, 2018, 9:10 PM EDT) -- Mercedes-Benz is the latest carmaker to face class claims of shattering sunroofs, after a California driver filed suit Friday in state court saying that the company knows of the problem but hasn't seen fit to warn drivers.
