Claims Grow In Suit V. Holland & Knight Over Nadel

Law360 (May 26, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Investors burned in an alleged Ponzi scheme operated by Florida fund manager Arthur Nadel have bolstered their class action malpractice allegations against Holland & Knight LLP, which allegedly prepared private placement memoranda for the funds.

In an amended complaint filed Friday in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, investors burned in the alleged $100 million Ponzi scam filed an amended complaint that adds plaintiffs and an additional state law claim to the suit.
