Real Estate Rumors: Henley, Tommy Bahama, Atlas Capital

By Andrew McIntyre (April 19, 2018, 1:53 PM EDT) -- The U.S. division of Henley, a U.K. private equity shop, has dropped $15.4 million on single hotels in Miami and Miami Beach, The Real Deal reported Thursday. The company bought the Jefferson Hotel at 528 and 534 S.W. Ninth Ave. in Miami for $8.6 million and picked up Jazz on South Beach at 321 Collins Ave. in Miami Beach for $6.8 million, according to the report. The seller of the Miami property is Habitat Group, and an entity controlled by New York investors Moshe Ziv and John Reilly sold the Miami Beach property, Real Deal said....
