Supreme Court Seeks Gov't View Of Gilead FCA Case

Law360 (April 16, 2018, 12:19 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday called for the Trump administration’s views in a major False Claims Act case involving Gilead Sciences Inc., suggesting that the high court may soon revisit its landmark Escobar decision.
