Whistleblower Claims Over Lipitor Marketing Tossed

Law360, New York (May 27, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has dismissed whistleblower claims filed by a former medical director at Pfizer Inc. over the company's alleged off-label marketing of its statin Lipitor, but has allowed the doctor's claims for retaliation to go forward.
