DirecTV Looks To Exit AT&T-Time Warner Merger Fight

Law360 (April 18, 2018, 9:29 PM EDT) -- Satellite service provider DirecTV asked a D.C. federal court on Tuesday to dismiss it from the U.S. Department of Justice suit challenging AT&T’s planned purchase of Time Warner, arguing that it has no business being in the case since it’s a wholly owned subsidiary of the buyer.
