Trespass By Fracking: Pennsylvania Court Weighs In

Law360 (April 20, 2018, 12:22 PM EDT) -- Reversing an order granting Southwestern Energy Company’s motion for summary judgment, the Superior Court of Pennsylvania held in a published decision on April 2, 2018, that trespass and conversion claims arising from hydraulic fracturing by Southwestern are not precluded by the rule of capture.[1]
