NBC Wins Bid To Arbitrate $30M 'Housewives' Defamation Suit

Law360 (April 23, 2018, 8:58 PM EDT) -- A Florida federal judge has ordered a former business partner of “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Melissa Gorga to arbitrate her $30 million defamation suit against Gorga, NBC Universal and related parties, saying the woman’s claims are subject to an arbitration provision in her contract with the show’s production company.
