Boehringer Loses Bid To Appeal Reps' FLSA Status

Law360 (May 28, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has refused to reconsider Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals Inc.'s bid for an interlocutory appeal in a stayed wage-and-hour collective action brought by drug sales representatives, deeming it either unnecessary or untimely to ask an appeals court to consider the Fair Labor Standards Act exemptions at issue.
