AG Sessions Wants Full 7th Circ. To Hear Sanctuary City Case

Law360 (April 27, 2018, 8:55 PM EDT) -- The Trump administration on Friday urged the full Seventh Circuit to reconsider its ruling affirming a lower court’s injunction against the U.S. Department of Justice preventing it from withholding federal grant money from so-called sanctuary cities in an effort to force them to comply with hard-line immigration policies.
