Tesla, Utilities Join Fight To Stop EPA Fuel Economy Rollback

Law360 (May 4, 2018, 10:02 PM EDT) -- A coalition that includes several electric utilities and electric car maker Tesla Inc. on Thursday challenged at the D.C. Circuit the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s decision to revisit Obama-era greenhouse gas vehicle emission standards, following the lead of California and other states in fighting the agency’s actions.
