ACLU Can Get Most Border Patrol Docs In FOIA Row

Law360 (May 14, 2018, 7:06 PM EDT) -- The American Civil Liberties Union has won access to the majority of documents it sought from U.S. Customs and Border Protection related to the agency’s "roving patrol" operation, though the California federal judge did shield some educational material and agent identities.
