Milberg Weiss Might Sue Dell For 401(k) Stock Fraud

Law360, New York (September 20, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Plaintiffs firm Milberg Weiss Bershad & Schulman LLP has started investigating possible violations of 401(k) retirement plans at personal computer company Dell Inc., a month after the company disclosed it was being investigated for its revenue-recording practices.

The plans, which allegedly violated the Employment Retirement Income Security Act, “may relate to certain facts alleged in securities fraud class action lawsuits recently filed against Dell Inc.,” Milberg Weiss said.
