Vonage Investors Get One Shot At Negligence Claims

Law360 (June 4, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A district judge has made it clear that, while the lead plaintiffs in multidistrict litigation alleging Vonage Holding Corp. deceived investors in its initial public offering are free to switch the basis of several claims from accusations of fraud to ones of negligence, the window for reinstating the tossed claims will be a narrow one.
