Class Action Targets Affiliated Computer

Law360, New York (September 21, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Already embroiled in a derivative suit over options backdating, Affiliated Computer Services has been hit with a class action that alleges the IT services company violated the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) as a result of its improper stock options practices.
