Law360, New York (June 8, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has decided to reconsider a decision to deny Novatel Wireless Inc.'s motion to dismiss a putative securities class action, in part because of the recent U.S. Supreme Court decision in Ashcroft v. Iqbal regarding heightened pleading standards.
