Comcast Loses Bid To Block Experts' Declarations

Law360, New York (June 8, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has denied Comcast Corp.'s bid to strike antitrust-related declarations made by three experts in a class action that accuses the cable giant of illegally establishing a monopoly in the Philadelphia area.

Judge John R. Padova's two-page ruling, in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, turned aside Comcast's challenge, which was based in the language of the complaint.
