Jury Sides With Red Sox In $9.5M Foul Ball Injury Suit

Law360 (June 13, 2018, 10:40 PM EDT) -- A Massachusetts jury Wednesday found that the Boston Red Sox were not negligent in a $9.5 million suit brought by a woman who suffered serious injuries when she was hit by a foul ball at Fenway Park.

Stephanie Taubin was sitting in a seat in an area above and behind home plate known as the EMC Club in June 2014 when she was struck on the left side of the face by a foul ball, suffering neurological damage and facial fractures, according to the original complaint....
