Airlines Slam DHS Migrant Child Separation Policy

Law360 (June 20, 2018, 6:59 PM EDT) -- Several U.S. airlines condemned the Trump administration’s policy of separating migrant children from their parents at the border, saying Wednesday that they would not allow the government to use their flights to transport those children away from their families.

The statements, which were released by major airlines such as American Airlines Inc. and Delta Air Lines Inc., came as President Trump signed an executive order Wednesday afternoon, taking a first step to end the controversial policy.
