Southwest Airlines, Boeing Sued Over Deadly Engine Failure

Law360 (June 21, 2018, 3:14 PM EDT) -- Passengers of an April flight with Southwest Airlines have sued in New York court over an engine failure that resulted in one passenger death and spurred the Federal Aviation Administration to evaluate its safety oversight of the airline.
