Ex-NFLer Seeks Testimony Of Texans Owner In Injury Suit

Law360 (June 21, 2018, 10:06 PM EDT) -- A former Philadelphia Eagles linebacker suing the Houston Texans over a career-ending injury on the team’s pocked and scored home field wants a court to order the Texans owner and a defensive end to sit for depositions under oath.

Former Texans and then Eagles linebacker DeMeco Ryans asked a Harris County district court Wednesday to compel depositions from Texans owner Bob McNair and Texans star Jadeveon Clowney and three others.

Ryans told the court the Texans are wrong that he unilaterally served notice of the depositions....
