Cablevision Adds Subpoena To Its Stock Options Woes

Law360 (September 22, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Cablevision Systems Corp. received a grand jury subpoena in connection with the Securities and Exchange Commission investigation into stock options backdating, the Long Island-based cable company disclosed on Thursday in a quarterly earnings statement.

The subpoena came from the Eastern District of New York in Brooklyn, Cablevision said in the second quarter 10-Q filing with the SEC.
