Antitrust Case Against EBay, Coin Firms Transferred

Law360, New York (June 11, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A New York federal judge has decided to transfer a proposed antitrust class action that claims eBay Inc. and several coin grading services took part in a scheme to oust small grading services from participating in the online marketplace for certified coins.
