KLX Investors Seek To Halt $3.3B Boeing Deal

Law360 (July 6, 2018, 8:42 PM EDT) -- A KLX shareholder filed a putative class action suit in Delaware federal court Friday contending that the company filed misleading statements in connection with the proposed $3.25 billion sale of its aviation parts and services business to aerospace giant Boeing and asking the court to halt the sale.
