Enerplus Wants Suit Alleging BIA Plot Over Land Lease Nixed

Law360 (July 10, 2018, 6:21 PM EDT) -- Enerplus Resources (USA) Corp. has urged a North Dakota federal court to toss a suit alleging the Bureau of Indian Affairs worked secretly with Enerplus and another company to end Prima Exploration Inc.'s lease on land within the Fort Berthold Reservation.
