Fla. High Court Suspends Immigration Atty Who Went AWOL

Law360 (July 10, 2018, 6:21 PM EDT) -- The Florida Supreme Court on Tuesday suspended an immigration attorney who appears to have closed his law office without notice, abandoning clients and failing to protect their interests.

The court granted the Florida Bar's request to suspend the license of Rolando Enrique Rodriguez, held him in contempt of court and ordered him to pay $1,250 in court costs.
