GSK, P&G Head For Fla. In Denture Cream MDL

Law360, New York (June 15, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Twelve suits claiming that zinc in denture creams made by GlaxoSmithKline PLC units and the Procter & Gamble Manufacturing Co. caused the plaintiffs' neurological diseases have been consolidated in a Florida federal court.

The U.S. Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation issued an order June 9 combining the suits in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida over the objections of Fixodent manufacturer P&G.
