National Western RICO Suit OK'd To Proceed

Law360, New York (June 16, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has ruled that the National Western Life Insurance Co. is not off the hook in a proposed class action alleging the insurer and a group of competing sales organizations and agents worked together to fraudulently market and sell annuity policies to senior citizens.
