Lender Says Applebee's Franchisee Ch. 11 Bonuses Excessive

Law360 (August 3, 2018, 10:23 PM EDT) -- The largest secured lender of bankrupt Applebee’s franchisee RMH Franchise Holdings Inc. objected Friday to the debtor’s proposed employee incentive and retention plans, saying they are excessive and duplicative of existing payment programs.
